When it came time for this builder to build a home for his own family, character details were key. 

Driving up to the home it’s hard to tell if it's a new build or a refurbished house. The brick we chose for the exterior was reclaimed off a historical building in downtown Vancouver, and was originally brought over on a ship from overseas. Cracks and paint from previous lives spark curiosity and leave you wondering of the stories the bricks have seen.

Throughout the home we added character with unique tiles, patterns and paneling to continue the flow of charm from the outside through the inside.
